A tool for slicing and applying effects to images or videos.
Users can upload files, choose different slicing modes, adjust related parameters, and preview results in real time.

Main Features

1. File Upload

• Supports image upload
• Supports video upload
• Automatically detects width and height to fit the display area

2. Effect Modes

• None: Display the original image
• Grid Slicing: Split the image into multiple rows and columns
• Radial Slicing: Slice in concentric circles from the center
• Rectangle Slicing: Rectangular block slicing (coming soon)
• Glitch Effect: Simulate misaligned and jittering visuals

3. Parameter Controls

Grid Slicing Mode

• Number of horizontal slices
• Number of vertical slices
• Horizontal offset
• Vertical offset
• Animation direction (horizontal/vertical)

Glitch Mode

• Random seed
• Blur intensity
• Glitch strength
• Glitch layers

4. Animation Control

• Play or pause animation
• Choose animation direction

5. Transparent Area Cropping

• Automatically detects transparent pixel boundaries
• Removes excess transparent areas
• Generates a new cropped image
